I’m currently figuring out what I want to build a company around. Most of my time goes into working on our family footwear business, building small tools with AI, and exploring problems that might be worth spending the next few years on.
Before this, I worked at McKinsey and studied at IIM Ahmedabad and SRCC. I’ve also spent time running a student social enterprise, working with artisans, and helping sell footwear online. Those experiences have given me quite different views of how businesses work.
This page is a small collection of what I’m working on, things I’ve been involved in, and questions I’m thinking about.
I’m helping modernise parts of our family footwear business, from e-commerce and distributor ordering to sales and inventory workflows.
There’s plenty to learn from being close to the day-to-day work. Orders, stock, pricing, and customer follow-ups often involve several people, spreadsheets, and messages. I’m trying to understand where better systems would make a useful difference.
One project that came out of this is a competitor intelligence tool.
Our e-commerce team was checking other brands’ products, prices, discounts, and campaigns manually. I’ve built a system with Codex that brings this information together, keeps a history of prices, and helps us spot new products and changes across brands.
I’m still developing my technical understanding, and having a real business problem to work on gives that learning some direction.

AI is a big part of what I’m exploring, especially where it can help with work people already do repeatedly.
Some of the questions I keep coming back to:
These are areas I’m investigating. I’m trying to get clearer about the users, their current workarounds, and whether a useful product could become a substantial business.
